About 4 yrs ago, I planted a Kousa Dogwood in a narrow area near the walkway to the house. I went to an established and respected nursery for advice: specifically for a well behaved plant for this location. Apparently my Kousa loves it here and its getting way too big and spreading. I either need to keep it pruned severely or move it. My questions are: how forgiving are Kousas of a severe pruning? When is the best time? How difficult would it be to move it now?
Any thoughts would be most appreciated!
