Recently received a notice of violation from my town and an order to cease and desist of landscaping / storage operations. The violation didn't really specify what the violations were but after calling the inspectional services they gave me a list of complaints. -too much debris from landscaping operations -storage of landscaping equipment in a non commercial building -too many commercial vehicles in a residential home
We don't have much debris or equipment so I'm not too concerned with the first two complaints. I'm assuming things can be moved and debris can be cleaned up. My main concern is the issue with the commercial vehicles. We have 1 commercial truck and a closed trailer with trailer plates parked on the property. The town considers the trailer a commercial vehicle because it is used for commercial purposes.
We don't park the truck in the open its parked to the side of the house In between our garage and thick bushes. Is there any way around this? I'm not even sure if this post belongs here but any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
