Hi folks, I cleared a lakeside spot around a tree by the lake in my yard this weekend. Primarily used a chain saw to get the bramble and laurel out but it's left many many spiky roots as a consequence. Any ideas how I can best remove them such as a burner or mulch? Also any landscaping / beautifying ideas appreciated for this spot such as a circular bench around tree etc.
