Drew up this landscaping plan and need tips

What now? I drew up this plan and am wondering the following: http://ift.tt/1YkO8Yg

-Should I DIY this job or pay a pro? (I have never taken on a landscaping job nor do I have any tools)

-Are there any glaring downsides to this layout? Are there things I should consider that I may be overlooking? I'm trying to make it pretty low maintenance. I plan on using mulch and rocks. I'm not sure which kind though. I live in Tampa, FL and the screened in pool is to the left. The screened in patio is on the bottom of the image.
