Hi Guys, I'm new to Reddit so forgive me if I am doing something wrong. I have a coworker offering me a 2010 Ferris Evolution that they are selling. I am very familiar with the Ferris line of mowers (both rider and walk behind) from when I use to landscape. Obviously the Evolution series was completely different and they dont make them anymore. Should I avoid buying this mower? She dropped the price down significantly for me and she rarely used it so it has low hours on the machine. I havent even gone to see it yet but figured I should ask the experts if I should even consider this mower.
-Model EVKAV2748 (48 inch deck and 27 HP engine) -Just had it serviced in November 2015. New battery, new spark plugs, filters and oil. Sharpened blades. -$2,800 (she has it listed for $4,500)
