We've got a septic system that won't tolerate the salty backwash from the water softener, so backwash goes out thru sump pump. We buried the pipe out of the house, but that salty water is in the yard at a constant rate and grass will not grow there. Any trees or bushes that would tolerate the salty soil? Anyone else out there with this situation?
